Erasmus+ for study

The Erasmus+ Study Programme, long-term mobility, allows students to spend a period of study in another EU country and in some non-European partner countries participating in the Programme, at a partner university of the Center.
This mobility is aimed at course attendance or attendance of courses combined with the carrying out of an internship (and/or thesis research).
Educational activities carried out abroad are recognised if agreed in the Learning Agreement and certified by the host university through the Transcript of Records.

Application

The Erasmus+ call for study, available on the Programme page is published each year between November and December (deadline: January/February).

The application must be submitted online using the specific application tool, attaching a file stating the personal and academic reasons for the choice of destinations and the study project for each destination. When submitting the application you can choose from 1 to 4 destinations, selectable from those with which the Center for Mind/Brain Sciences has an agreement.

When choosing a destination it is necessary:

  • check that destinations are available for your level (Master or PhD)
  • check that the subject area is compatible with your Course of Study.

In the download box you can find the Center's destination table.

The Erasmus+ Study call for applications ranking list for the Center is published by the date specified in the call for applications in the download box on this page. Instructions on how to accept the awarded grant/destination are also provided along with the ranking list.

Learning agreement

Once selected for a destination, it is necessary to prepare the study plan to be followed abroad (Learning Agreement) in agreement with the UniTrento Destination Responsible
The signing of the Learning Agreement by all the parties involved (student - UniTrento Destination Responsible - Host University) is a necessary and unavoidable condition for departure and for the recognition of educational activities.

In the download box you can find the FAQ file concerning the Learning Agreement and other aspects of Erasmus+ for Study Mobility.

Acknowledgement of credits completed abroad

On return from the mobility, the student is required to submit the Transcript of Records to the International Mobility Staff. On the basis of this document, the Learning Agreement and the Changes Form submitted during the mobility period by the student, the teaching activities passed abroad are recognised. Grades will be awarded on the basis of the conversion table that can be downloaded from the Download box.
