Four other labs have become part of the CIMeC thanks to collaborations with other Departments of the University of Trento and/or local institutions and research centers:

• Neurophysics Lab (NPhys), thanks to a collaboration with the Department of Physics;
• Neuroinformatics Lab (NILab), thanks to a collaboration with the Bruno Kessler Fundation;
• Insect Neurobiology and Neuroecology Lab (INN Lab), thanks to a collaboration with the Research and Innovation Centre of the Edmund Mach Fundation;
• Ethology, Ecology and Evolution Lab (EEE Lab), thanks to a collaboration with the Museo Civico di Rovereto, as part of the Animal Cognition and Neuroscience Lab (ACN Lab).
